The hotel offered a free shuttle service from the airport, which was convenient and saved us money. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to a nearby shopping mall and other amenities. We enjoyed the complimentary coca tea provided on both floors of the hotel.
The bar on the 5th floor didn't have a welcoming atmosphere when we went for our welcome drinks. The quality of the coffee provided at breakfast and in the bar was poor.

Everything was perfect, so were fabulous views of the mountains. We really enjoyed the room: it was unique and new-fashioned. It had an amazing restaurant at the 1st floor. Tbh, had a fantastic stay on a business trip.

The hotel is located in a nice safe area with cable car connections to everywhere else in the city, making it convenient for exploring. It is also near Sopocachi and the cable car line, providing easy access to different parts of the city. Additionally, there is a shopping mall nearby for added convenience.
Some guests mentioned that the breakfast could have had a better variety of fruits and breads.

I found fresh bread and cereal to be local! The location was perfect - not far from many attractions as well as the colonial centre which has a lot more character and more things to do. I ate at the gourmet restaurant near the hotel.

The hotel is relaxing with knowledgeable staff, breakfast is good, incredible location in a shopping mall above a carpark. The rooms are good sized and functional, equipped with climate control and free Wi-Fi. All in all they offer great service.
